Terms of Service

Welcome to With Grace Parenting LLC (“With Grace Parenting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Nature of Services
With Grace Parenting LLC provides BCBA-led parent coaching and educational consultation services. Services are educational and consultative in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic treatment.
Participation in services does not establish a medical or therapeutic provider-patient relationship.
2. Communication & Boundaries
Sessions occur by scheduled virtual appointment only.
With Grace Parenting LLC does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact 911 or your local emergency provider.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Evidence-based practices are utilized; however, outcomes vary depending on implementation consistency and individual factors. No specific results are guaranteed.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are billed on a monthly basis and are due on the first (1st) of each month prior to services being rendered.
A valid payment method must be kept on file and will be automatically charged.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method or submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
All services included in a monthly package must be used within the calendar month. Sessions do not roll over to future months unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
With Grace Parenting LLC strives to be reasonable and collaborative when unexpected circumstances arise; however, consistent scheduling helps ensure quality and continuity of services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for the current billing cycle.
Clients who wish to discontinue services are requested to provide at least thirty (30) days notice to allow for appropriate transition and discharge planning.
7. Confidentiality
We protect client information in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.
8. Modifications
With Grace Parenting LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
