Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: February 22, 2026
With Grace Parenting LLC (“With Grace Parenting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values consistency and preparation in providing high-quality parent coaching services.
A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Sessions included in monthly packages must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and strive to work collaboratively with families when appropriate. Consistent scheduling supports progress and continuity of care.
