Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: March 20, 2026
With Grace Parenting LLC (“With Grace Parenting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values consistency and preparation in providing high-quality, BCBA-led parent coaching services.
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. Time reserved for your family is held exclusively and cannot be reassigned on short notice.
Monthly Package Use
Sessions included in monthly packages must be used within the applicable calendar month to maintain continuity of care.
Unused sessions do not roll over into future months unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
Initial Commitment Period
Services are structured with an initial three (3) month commitment beginning on the date of the first scheduled parent training session.
During the initial three-month period, monthly fees remain due regardless of attendance, except in cases of relocation, significant financial hardship, or other substantial circumstances at Provider discretion.
Termination After Initial Commitment
After completion of the initial three-month commitment, services may be discontinued with thirty (30) days written notice.
Financial responsibility remains in effect through the notice period.
Good Faith Consideration
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and strive to work collaboratively with families when appropriate. Consistent scheduling supports progress and continuity of care.
